Each handcrafted item is made to order with care. The production time varies but does not exceed 5 business days. The item is mailed out to the address provided by the buyer.
You can give a giant hug to this beautiful planet of ours, because ALL the packaging and wrapping is RECYCLABLE and BIODEGRADABLE!
All pieces will be delivered on a recyclable cardboard display in a 100% biodegradable cotton muslin bag.
If you chose gift wrapping, your handmade jewelry will be delivered in a kraft gift box wrapped with a cotton lace and jute bow, ready for it to be gifted to a loved one or better yet yourself!

EXPEDITED: 1 - 12 business days (includes tracking number)
XPRESSPOST: 1 - 4 business days (includes tracking number)
PRIORITY: 1 - 3 days (includes tracking number)

EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is important to me. If you wish to exchange an item in return for a credit, please contact jasperwild17@gmail.com within 7 business days of reception of the item.The item must be sent back unworn and in its original packaging. Please send your exchange to the address below and you will receive a credit to use on a future purchase. Any shipping costs associated with the exchange must be paid by the customer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

RETURN AND CONDITIONS

Your satisfaction is important to me. If there is an error or issue with your product, an exchange or credit will be issued. If you change your mind, we do not offer money back. Jasper Wild has the right to request or deny any such requests. Please contact us right away and we can sort out the issue. If the wrong item or size was sent, the shipping costs will be paid by Jasper Wild.
CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order please do so within 3 hours of purchasing. As most of our jewelry is made to order and we could have already started making your piece. We do not offer cancellations after 24 hours from when the order was placed. Sorry for any inconvenience.

LOST OR DAMAGED
If you haven't received your item after the estimated arrival time please check with your local postal/delivery service. If they are unsure please don't hesitate to e-mail us. We do highly recommend purchasing a tracked or insured package so your jewelry arrives safely.
